   • Integrated four marketplaces from scratch — TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Meta Commerce — each with distinct settlement models, plus realtime webhook pipelines ingesting hundreds of thousands of order events.
   • Built a two-tier profitability engine down to store and individual level: gross profit from actual settled cash less COGS and ad spend, then net profit after operating expense allocation.
   • Automated KPI scoring and incentive payouts by allocating OPEX per person, with an extensible metric-source registry and eligibility gating that never overwrites supervisor evaluations.
   • Built the marketing analytics service from scratch: ad-spend-to-product attribution, per-campaign ROAS, and multichannel GMV.

   • Architected a multi-tenant SaaS platform with a modular, pluggable feature system (POS, Inventory, Membership, Reservation, Sales Pipeline) and an integrated AI Sales Agent for automated lead capture.
   • Built strict per-tenant data isolation, RBAC, and centralized auth; set up a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline with lint, typecheck, Semgrep security scanning, and staging deploy.
